A westbound freight headed by N1 2-10-2 9710 meets a pair of Alco freight units eastbound at the grade crossing. Franklinsburg is normally a diesel-free zone but guest operators at exhibitions are encouraged to bring their models to vary motive power and add to the consists. The N1 is a GEM import, detailed and re-motored with a Mashima 18/33.
